How much do you charge per child?
Our price is all inclusive up to six children on your account.
What support options do you offer?
All our users enjoy support via email or chat, on a best-effort basis. Our Insights package users receive priority support that includes phone/Skype support.
Why do we prioritize support? So we can focus on customer support and do our best to give all of our subscribers as much personal attention as possible. We always strive to respond to every inquiry as soon as possible. Our support team members are combat wounded and disabled American veterans working from home.
Can I cancel my Social Judo account?
Cancellation. You may cancel your Social Judo subscription at any time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH OR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel, please contact Social Judo Customer Support at (800) 422-8161 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
.Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime. To upgrade, just click on one of the banners within the app or send us an email and we’ll do it for you. To downgrade, contact our support and we’ll move you to the lower plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You are not bound by any long-term contract and can cancel anytime without any cancellation fees.
If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle (i.e. if your monthly billing cycle runs from the 15th of each month and you cancel before that date, your account will remain active until the 15th of the month. Your subscription will be refunded on a prorated based on the monthly fee.)
